42 dollars for a not clean car. Oh and thanks for the tire shine I pad for. Go somewhere else.
Leaving the car wash I noticed my front license plate was bent and someone in the establishment that came after me also said their front license suite was bent called the manager and they said that there was nothing they could do about it because that’s how the brush is I’m not mad, but if you would like to avoid getting your front license plate bent, I wouldn’t recommend this car wash. The staff is super friendly and really kind however, I’d like to avoid any damage to my vehicle getting it washed so just an FYI.
Anyone who gives this place more than a one ⭐, something is missing. I went there yesterday and paid for supreme (“which is their most expensive “), once they were done, it was a disaster. Honestly even my 4 year old son was shocked “he said, mummy, our car is still dirty!” So I went back to the lady at window and all she said was “I am sorry there is nothing I can do “. Another customer lady heard my complaint and said “she was there last week and her car was still dirty hence the reason she brought back”. She paid double for something that they should have fixed. So I went back out to the car, I took the mats out because they didn’t not shake them at all. The one gentleman was very kind enough to do the work the people at the beginning should have done before the car was washed. And then their was another gentleman who told me, “oh, this is NOT A DETAILING SHOP ITS A CAR WASH,” I held my tongue and took a blue cloth and started wiping my car down. What a waste of $40 and time. This place, the workers don’t their back into work, they just wipe and ready for the next . There a lady working their and I watched her wipe cars down, and I can only say, no wonder they don’t have good business. Most of the good workers who worked their are gone and I don’t blame them at all. What a joke of a place. I can write more , but I really don’t want to. I am definitely taking my somewhere else that deserves my business not this rubbish.
Very upsetting when you pay 40$ to get a good car wash and get the complete opposite this has to be the worst car wash experience ever cups were still left garbage wasn’t even removed and all they could do is have me wait threw the line to get it redone when should’ve been don’t right the first time couldn’t even get a refund sorry not waiting my time to get another shity carwash. My sun roof was left open when it went threw the wash and my roof got wet very unprofessional place.the list goes on…
So bad I want to cry. Nothing is clean even though I got a full service - you can see obvious crumbs and my window. I literally got in my car and noticed it, pulled over and took some pics 30 seconds after. I was already frustrated but I wish that was their worst crime. They also dinged my screen and scratched up the panel around my gear shift area. I think they must NEVER wash their towels when they go from car to car and bring all this junk in and scratch up things. I really just want to cry and be sad about this. I've never regretted $35 more. Edit: Truly the only edit is an addition to my review after the 'owner' as replied - I don't feel like it's unreasonable to expect a clean window, no crumbs after paying for a "vacuum around passenger areas" or no damage.
