Great service, compassionate, professional staff and top notch veterinarians and specialists. Prices are in line with other emergency Vet clinics. Emergency care is on a triage basis so depending how busy it is, wait times can be long. However, it is also possible to make appointments as well, for non emergency care and the wait time for that is less.
We took our dog at 2 AM and they saw us quickly. They were able to accommodate for her special behavioral needs which meant the world to us since we had just tried another emergency hospital closer to our home and they refused to see her. We are skipping the other clinic for any future emergencies - straight to Centre Vet Rive-Sud next time. They were also kind and the vet was very knowledgeable. Our dog felt much better right away and today she's almost back to her normal self.
Competent, friendly and accommodating staff. Saw my dog quickly at the 24/7 emergency at 2 am at night and was quickly able to diagnose and solve the issue. Highly recommend.
My cat and I had a great experience in neurology with Dre. Leclerc and her team. Everything went very well and my cat is recovering. As an example you can see in the photo that his pupils are different sizes. Dre. Leclerc clearly and patiently explained why this is happening and what to expect as he recovers! I visited for an appointment on a Wednesday morning and based on the symptoms an MRI was recommended. The clinic was able to schedule the MRI the same day, at a reasonable cost. This is better service than I usually get as a human, even in medicine privée, and the costs are lower believe it or not! Thank you CVRS!
I’m so grateful for the kind care we received from the team. Even though we found out our dog needs surgery, everyone made us feel truly heard, and it was clear that Dr Loranger and his team genuinely cared for our boy, Pax. They helped make a scary situation feel a little less overwhelming
