I called CertaPro Painters for a relatively small job — painting the ceilings in my living room, dining room, and back landing. The person who came to do the quote was on time and professional, and because I needed the work done quickly, they were able to book me in the same week, which I really appreciated. I had specifically asked for an 8:00 a.m. start because I needed to leave for work. The painter, Rod, actually arrived early. I noticed him parked a couple of houses down, and when he saw me start my car, he pulled up and rang the doorbell. That level of awareness and professionalism really stood out. Rod was friendly and professional and went above and beyond by removing a ceiling fan I mentioned we were getting rid of. He did an excellent job on the ceilings, the price was fair, and the place was left spotless. I was very happy with the entire experience and would definitely hire CertaPro again
CertaPro responded quickly to my request for a quote and coordinated a visit to review our needs for lines painted throughout our warehouse. A competitive quote was provided and stood out against other service providers. We now have staging lanes for both of our inbound and outbound docks, as well as designated parking for forklifts at our battery charging stations.
Had these guys come and re coat the floor of our lobby area at our Auto shop. There was a lot of cracks and really wasn't in good shape. They were able to accomadate us over a long weekend so it didnt disrupt our busy schedule. They filled all the cracks and sanded it all out and the final product is absolutely next level. Great work guys! Highly recommended!
Had CertaPro painters come out to do a quote for the whole house trim and garage door. Thinking the quote was for the whole house I got them to go ahead and start the job, to my surprise the quote was only for the front and right side of my house, and not the rear and left side (who only wants half the house painted and a different color to boot) anyways all said and done had to pay more than the quote. If I knew it was going to be the price that I had to pay I would have had gone with the other guys since they would have been cheaper. Also see yhe quality that was done. There is paint all over my siding and windows and the areas they tried to clean they just smudge on the siding. Will not be using them ever again.
