I first met Chad some fifteen years ago through a friend who had an amazing purchase experience. I was interested in purchasing an investment property in Las Vegas but was very much intimidated with the procedures, particularly in not viewing the property personally prior to purchase. Chad was able to guide me through all the procedures, with excellent recommendations for non real estate personnel, such as home inspection, property management and other services required to complete the purchase. Fast forward to today and Chad and his excellent team of professionals was able to again guide me through the selling process, recommend top quality personnel to bring the property to sellable quality. Chad is one of the best realtors that we have had. We were buying from Florida and the first thing Chad did was take us through a Zoom call explaining the Las Vegas market and its uniqueness.
