Chantel was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home! From the very beginning, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Her guidance made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. We chose Chantel because of her professionalism, expertise, and the way she genuinely cares about her clients. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, provide helpful insights, and ensure we felt confident every step of the way. Chantel was professional and kind in her approach to helping us sell our home. She took our concerns to heart and tried to tailor to our needs while maintaining professionalism and expressed her genuine thoughts to get us the best outcome. I have no regrets in my choosing Chantel to help us sell our home. We were so pleased working with Chantel Hernandez on our first home purchase. Being new buyers, we weren't really sure what to look for in a realtor, or for that matter where we might be moving. One day while looking at several Redfin listings, we decided to check a few out - and Chantel was the listed agent to contact. Thank GOD! From our first meeting, Chantel was professional, personable, knowledgeable, dependable, and prompt. When we saw the property we liked, she was instrumental in helping us through the entire process from placing a bid to finalizing our deed. If we ever need a real estate agent in the future - or if we know anyone who is looking for a place in the area - Chantel would be our choice to use and/or refer. Chantel is phenomenal in many ways. I initially reached out to her for guidance on how to help my family with the selling of a house. I had zero expectations of her involvement, but Chantel is so giving as a person and so professionally knowledgeable that she dove right in and shared her knowledge and resources immediately. She is so pleasant and so professional to work with, I can’t imagine seeking another realtor ever again. Something special about Chantel is she really relates to people in a “down to earth” sort of way. She’s extremely capable of normalizing difficult situations and providing clear paths for her clients that really eased the stress of our situation. Chantel was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. Chantel made the home selling process easy and enjoyable. She was always happy to answer my questions, and was available at any time day or night when I needed her assistance. She went to great lengths to market my home and get me the best offer possible and she absolutely delivered! Her bargaining and negotiating skills are second to none.
