Everything about this place says EXCELLENCE! Between the quality of jewelry and service why go anywhere else? And its in the heart of the city. You can't beat it! I love the feeling of belonging when you walk in the door...I can spend a months worth of checks in here and not feel any indifferent.
5 star service randomly came in for a watch cleaning and link taken out my watch got amazing service definitely will be back
I've been waiting to do a review of this business...omg.. this family owned company is absolutely AWESOME!! From the time you walk in the door..great service!! Go in take your time and make your purchase..walk out a happy customer.... I recently went through my watches and discovered that most had when out due to batteries... I got hooked on my smart watch... lol.. which goes with everything... but I'm a watch guy so I have watches to go with everything..why not get em fixed? Took them in and got the bill I thought somebody mad a mistake... my bill was so reasonable for 4 peices... I thought.. wow. Anyway my parents have been going here for years.. the best part of the story is they're right in the neighborhood!! No boarders to cross! 7 mile and Meijers... great selection of jewelry hand bags watches necklaces you name it they got it!! It a must that everyone east to west check out Chapman's on west 7 mile!! Now I can where any watch in my collection and be able to tell someone the time!! Lol. Thanks Chapman's for excellent service!!
I had a wonderful experience at this jewelry store. I brought in a watch that meant a lot to me for repair, and Eric quickly assessed the issue and had it working again in no time. The staff was friendly and professional, and it was truly a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend this store for both jewelry purchases and repairs
Chapman’s Jewelry was amazing from start to finish! Max is very knowledgeable and provided great customer service as I searched for an engagement ring. The process was so smooth and easier than I expected. The ring was beautiful and she loved it!! I will be returning for our wedding bands as well. Family-owned business that takes care of its customers. 10/10!!
