This place is AMAZING! Atmosphere, decor, food, service...all perfect! I took my family of four...two college kids home for the holidays...different cocktails, meals, desserts…..all served beautifully and deliciously yummy! It's a must for any age. But the best part was the kind, charming ambiance...really special! BEST burger! Fantastic burrata! Pasta, pizza, focaccia ….😍
My family and I came during the summer when its first opened up. We sat out side and it was beautiful. The inside was impossible to sit at since it was so warm and the fans were blowing but it was still too warm to enjoy. The service was great, the staff was friendly. The food now, not so great. The menu was very limited. Not a lot of options. And extremely over priced. Also not a place for children. They don’t have a kids menu or even options available for them. Everything was spicy even the spaghetti, and the lamb shops were extremely tiny and full of fat, it cam with a sweet potato puree and it was tasteless. Again extremely over priced for the quality of the food.
Love the food and the atmosphere. The service is super friendly and attentive. The ambulance is very friendly. Love the Eggs in Purgatory at brunch. The pastries in the AM are good Most of all, a great spot to hang out and have coffee or tea in the morning.
One of my favorite places for coffee or dinner/drinks. The staff are awesome. The ambience is great and interior is so beautiful. Cozy and intimate. Great cocktails. Owners are always accommodating with requests. Outdoor patio is super cute with black-and-white umbrellas and is now tented for the winter. Plenty warm out there! Check it out and enjoy!
Char is easily my favorite cafe to just sit and relax in because the atmosphere feels so clean, calm, and inviting. I absolutely love the interior and the outside is even cuter! I frequently see students sitting outside with their laptops, sipping on coffee, and enjoying the environment. So far, every latte I’ve ordered here has been fantastic. I especially enjoy the monthly specials. Last month (September) I tried the iced caramel apple latte and it was delectable! However, my go-to is definitely the sea salt caramel latte, it is amazing every single time. The pastries are also equally amazing! I loved this pumpkin poptart, so perfect for fall. Not only is the food incredible, but the service is outstanding as well! My latte and pastries were ready right as I sat down. I will definitely be coming back for more lattes and pastries, but currently I am dying to try the pizza here for dinner.
