NOT RECOMMENDED!!! When they gave me the tent for my wedding day, they delivered it 2 days before and put it together with horse dug and when we called to ask for solve it because it was impossible the smell to go away they told me because it had rained which was not true because the rain and the mud have no smell, I felt very frustrated. My family and we worked a lot cleaning the tent the day of my wedding. We pay a lot for nothing, because all of the items were dirty and in poor condition.
I want to thank Julie Griggs from Charlotte Party Rentals for her time and patience with me and my bridezilla daughter lol. The amount of times my daughter changed things up was insane, Julie was extremely patient with me even though I was losing my mind, I can’t tell you how many times I had to call her. Everything worked out well, I highly recommend her and Charlotte Party Rentals even if you don’t have the bridezilla from hell lol. Thank you again Julie and the crew from C.P.R. You saved me ❤️
My husband reserved two weeks in advance two round tables and a few chairs for our daughter's birthday party. Upon arrival to pick up, we were informed that they didn't have any round tables left. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that what we wanted wasn't available. No apologies at time of pick up. Update: customer service called us and was very apologetic and offered to refund us the cost of the tables. We're appreciative of their effort to make it right.
We used Charlotte Party Rentals for my company networking event with Habitat for Humanity and it was a huge win for us! We rented a small stage and chairs and Julie was amazing to work with for coordination and the delivery team was stellar in helping me set up. We plan to use Charlotte Party Rentals for all future events.
Charlotte Party Rentals made a good part of my stress relived. Planning an outside wedding is very stressful.Ann handled everything for me with professinalism and prompt service. 1 week before the wedding I called to add another tent. This was not a problem for Charlotte Party. The day of the wedding it rained and rained. Thank goodness for the tents. I will be using this company for all my future events.
