Everything was great! The service, the price and my hair came out amazing. They were very sweet and welcoming. Definitely will be a returning customer!
Charmaine was paid to do a touch up relaxer and to clip my hair ends even. She ignored my complaints that the relaxer was burning and kept saying it had to be sat in my hair in order to “process”. She was very offensive and took no responsibility when I brought this matter to her attention. She accused me of my hair being damaged when I went to her for the appointment when I have proof my hair was not damaged at all. Charmaine and her daughter is taking no responsibility for the damages they have to done to my hair. BE AWARE. ChARMAINE AND HER DAUGHTER IS UNLICENSED, RUNNING AND WORKING IN A SHOP!!!!
My hair is extremely thick so I tend to be cautious with where I get my hair done. This was my first time at Charmaine’s and it was a great experience! She did an amazing job with my hair, and the haircut was much better than what I had before. Definitely will be back.
Charmaine was amazing, very professional, friendly, the atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming. It was my 1st time receiving service from her and I immediately felt that she listened and gave her professional opinion. Which I'm so happy she did. I will 100% recommend her and she absolutely has a forever client in me. It hasn't been a full day and already I've gotten compliments.
Je vais chez Charmaine depuis plus de 4 ans et elle ne déçoit jamais ! Un service client exceptionnel et efficace ! Charmaine est très créative dans ses styles et très passionnée par ses clients. Sa braideuse, Frances, et le reste du personnel sont aussi incroyables ! Charmaine est aussi très douée pour donner des conseils sur les soins capillaires et l'entretien des cheveux. J'adore venir ici ! Bonne ambiance, de bonnes vibes et pas de ragots ! Vous ne serez pas déçu(e).
