I have never felt more confident in a kitchen then after Chef Eric's classes. I originally took the Basics course, and it made an immediate impact on my home cooking skills. It went so well that I quickly decided to sign up for his Master Chef program. Chef Eric, is very warm and receptive making sure everyone feels comfortable and invited in the kitchen. You never feel nervous about messing up a dish, as he helps you adjust as you need, showing you all the little things that help you improve your cooking. Even how to store or re-use ingredients for other dishes! Since his classes, my home meals have gone from simple and boring, to amazing meals. The little tips and tricks I learned have saved me time and money. I rarely order out now! What seemed like a ton of work before, now is easy and quick to make! (Homemade pasta, with pasta sauce is no problem now, and a ton of fun.)
Chef Eric is a GEM!!! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind! He is very supportive, encouraging and answers our questions. Working with him is an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!
My son is going off to college so we're going through the 12-course video series to prepare him. Chef Eric is excellent! The lessons are so clear and easy to understand, with clear visuals. He doesn't waste time, which is greatly appreciated. The videos demonstrate the required techniques, and they come with a list of recipes to use your skills. I highly recommend Chef Eric. Looking forward to taking some in person classes once my son completes the basics.
Chef Eric is fantastic, and I highly recommend taking his classes. I wish I could give more than five stars! I took his 4-week cooking class (Basic/Beginner), and I had such a great time learning from him and his staff (Megan was great)! Chef Eric is personable, energetic and such a great teacher (of all levels). He gives you great cooking tips/hacks and is hands on and very helpful whenever you have questions. It was such a warm and welcoming environment, and I also made new friends in class over the course of the month. I gained so much knowledge and confidence from the course that I went from practically being afraid in the kitchen when it started to wanting to try new recipes at home when it ended. I really enjoyed the format of the class, how much we learned and the recipes we made every week. The class really got me outside of my comfort zone and I’m so grateful for the experience. Chef Eric and his wife Jennie are wonderful and I definitely plan on taking another class in the future!
Had the pleasure of attending Chef Eric's Knife Skills class with my girlfriend over the weekend. I've been wanting to "sharpen" my knife skills and learn new tricks in the kitchen, where we like to spend our evenings preparing dinner after a long day of work. Chef Eric Crowley and his team were great, true professionals, very organized, friendly, and a great example of Teamwork. Chef Eric kept the class moving at a great pace, was very informative, had us practice what was taught afterwards, and there was a delicious treat at the end. Great way to disconnect, learn a new skill, AND the cost savings of preparing restaurant style meals at home is a great BONUS. Highly recommend checking out Chef Eric's school and classes!
