Really fast service, food was hot and fresh. Restroom for paying customers. Only difficult thing… finding parking near by or pay at the garage.
Zero Stars if I Could — Disrespect Was Served, Not My Food Let me tell you real quick about my visit to Chick-fil-A—because whew, it was a mess. I stood there 15 minutes, holding food for my hungry child, minding my business. My number gets called, I say “that’s me,” and the employee looks me dead in my face and hands the order to someone else. Then here go the plot twist: out of everybody standing there, guess who was the ONLY person asked for a receipt? Yep. The Black woman. Nobody else had to prove a thing. Not one. So not only was my time wasted, but I was made to feel singled out and disrespected for no reason. That wasn’t customer service — that was profiling with a side of audacity. I came for chicken, not suspicion. Do better. Because this experience? A hard no
A conveniently located Chick-fil-A in downtown. All the dining options you would expect at any other Chick-fil-A. Food taste delicious and to the same expectations. The dining area is rather small. Few tables (mostly bar style and one large community table). Yet the dining area feel somewhat bigger because of the rather high ceiling. Unfortunately, you can't get away fort that unique downtown L.A. smell. The stench carries to the dining area and into the restroom facilities. Staff is wonderfully nice. Ivy was our counter server and helped us nicely. Our tables were cleaned (wiped down) when we requested.
I really enjoyed the Chick-Fil-A original chicken burger. The patty was thick but still very flavourful. Service was quick and they served lunch even at 10 am. I can see potential for long line ups during lunch hours though. Prices are reasonable at around $5-$6 for the burger. There is also a table just for delivery drivers to wait for their orders.
So I came here for a quick lunch but never again. I will never come back to this chick-fil-a very unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for a large fries and side salad. I didn’t even get a whole order of fries instead I got a whole order of sauce!! Each person running around doing mobile order verse doing the order for the people who take the timeout of their lunch break to walk-in, but you have 6 people doing mobile orders why??? To sad when McDonald’s has a better system in place to ensure their in house customers receive a great experience. Thanks for letting me know to never eat hear or recommend this to others!!!!
