I've been seeing Cindy for a year and a half now. She does an amazing job and is very sweet. She gives the option of a hard or soft massage (I go with medium usually, unless I'm in exceptional discomfort). I really like this place and will keep coming here. You should too
I found this place while visiting Spokane for a week, and I liked it so much I went twice. Wonderful experience, highly recommended!
Affordable but Unprofessional Experience I booked a massage here hoping for some relief do to manual labor over the weekend. My usual spot was full. The price was affordable ($60), the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Pros: • Budget-friendly • Some relief from surface-level tension Cons: • The room was freezing—heater was broken and my feet were literally ice cold throughout. • I was given only half a sheet to cover myself. No blankets or full sheets, which made it hard to relax. • The massage therapist answered her phone three times on speaker during the session to book other clients. It was incredibly disruptive. • She left mid-session to get a warm towel and didn’t return for about 7 minutes. • The small window had open blinds, and I had to close them myself before undressing—no privacy setup. • At the end, I was told a 20% tip was “required” and felt heavily pressured to pay it. I appreciate the affordability, but the lack of professionalism and comfort made it hard to enjoy. I wouldn’t return unless major improvements are made.
Great massage. I got the 60minutes ($60) plus the deep tissue (+$10) and it felt great. Deep tissue was deeper and hurt a bit (as it should) and I liked it. The worker was alone so she had to talk to costumers on the phone or who came in, that i terrupted the peace and is not great but I understand. Maybe the company should start making online reservations and help people see when a time is avilable like when you make an online restaurant reservation. One thing I read also: When I wanted to give 15% tip (around $10) she debated a bit with me and I gave $15. (%20) I come from a different culture and I also make like $25 an hour before taxes so 20% is a lot to ask… but I still would come again - though not as often as I have planned.
Cindy was amazing! Perfect pressure the whole time, got my knots out. Did the whole 90min massage unlike some places i’ve been to that cut time short and just ask for a tip. Definitely coming back here!
