I have been a customer of this garage for over 20 years. And at previous location was also excellent. The customer service has consistently been exceptional and customer-driven. The staff are exceptionally reliable and respectful. I have had all my cars Volvo, Mercedes, Volkswagen and BMW vehicles serviced and repaired with absolute perfection. I Highly recommended ! They are professinal mechanics no nonsense, Reliable service
Had an engine warning light on my car, previously took it to one garage who tried to sell me repairs I didnt need. Super friendly, got the car in the next day. They sent me all the error codes via whatsapp, explained the issued and fixed the car. Clear, transparent from the start, cant thank them enough.
Took my car in for a full service. It's the first time I have used this team and they were very professional and polite. They even sent over a video of the work they carried out on the car so that I understood everything and kept me informed throughout the day. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using these people again.
Having been let down by the RAC, I needed a new battery fitted quickly. Chiswick Auto’s were great. They ordered it in on a Friday afternoon and it was fitted and ready by Saturday morning. Stress free and friendly service. I will use them again.
