We had a reservation for 12 for my birthday at the end of December 2025. We were seated left to the bar. Very comfortable. I ordered a New York with prawns and scallops. The New York steak turned out perfect. My son ordered a 13oz ribeye and he said it also turned out perfect. Great atmosphere and view of Canada Place and Burrard Inlet. Great service from the wait staff and a big shoutout one of the bartenders that went out of his way to take a family photo outside the restaurant. Thank you 🙏
An amazing location, staff and even better food. Would highly recommend! Great value for money, the staff are very attentive and friendly / helpful. The food was amazing, full of flavour and fair pricing. Our server Jay was great at her job and very friendly.
Great little restaurant hidden near the teardrop and convention centre. Food was excellent although slightly on the higher end, but service was fast and efficient, even during lunch hours. They served next dishes almost as soon as I finished appetizers, timing was excellent. Atmosphere is also good, gives off an higher end restaurant ambiance. Layout is interestingly divided. I had the chop burger and escargot, escargots were on the salty side, but burger was great. Be sure to check out chop!
We had an amazing experience! The hummus was smooth and flavorful, and the shrimp cocktail was fresh with just the right kick. Drinks were cold and perfectly poured. Huge shoutout to Juanita and Manuel — they were both fantastic! Super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Great food, great service, and a great vibe. Can’t wait to come back!
My boyfriend and I decided to visit Chop Steakhouse & Bar to celebrate our first-year anniversary, and honestly, it was such a beautiful experience! From the moment we walked in, the manager Will, greeted us so kindly. He was professional, genuine, and made us feel really special right away. You can tell he truly cares about making guests feel welcome, which I really appreciated. Our server, Ahmed, was also amazing super polite, elegant, and attentive throughout the night. Both of them made sure we were completely taken care of the entire time. Will even surprised us with complimentary champagne, a bottle of wine and dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was delicious, the view by the water was stunning, and we happened to be sitting under the moonlight, which made the whole night feel extra romantic. Everything about it felt classy and warm at the same time. If you’re in Vancouver and looking for a nice spot for a date or special occasion, I’d highly recommend Chop. The service, the atmosphere, and especially the kindness from Will and the staff made our night unforgettable.
