Chris is an amazing trainer - super knowledgeable and adjusts well to needs. Access to the gym is a huge perk. Definitely would never go back to a normal gym after having such a great experience here.
I have trained with Chris for the last four years and the experience has been amazing! He isn’t like any other trainer I’ve worked with in the past. For one, he cares about your overall health. When I first started he worked to understand why I was there - what my goals were, where my limitations had been in the past, etc. He provided me nutrition advice that I could work to meet my needs; it was flexible and simple, unlike a lot of the rigid meal plans you often see, which meant I was able to stick with it despite a demanding personal schedule. Additionally, Chris works to understand what motivates you. My wife and I both train with him, and he has intuitively picked up the differences between us (both physically and mentally), and leverages that to train each of us as we need, individually. He is extremely cognizant of injuries and carefully works around my various issues. And his workouts are downright fun! He has a knack (and the space and equipment) for integrating a wide variety of exercises that keep workouts engaging and prevent the monotony that I’ve experienced with other “training plans” in the past. I’m extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to train with Chris! Like everything, you get out what you put in - but if you are serious about getting into shape and maintaining a healthy lifestyle (body and mind), there is nobody better to get you there.

I’ve been training with Chris for 9 months, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. From the start, He took the time to evaluate my needs, age, and past knee surgeries, crafting a personalized plan that truly worked for me. Being in my late 40s, I was feeling unlike myself, slowly gaining weight over the past few years, coupled with rising blood pressure and cholesterol. Chris not only provided a structured fitness routine, but also a carefully designed food plan teaching me the why and how behind proper nutrition, especially helpful for a foodie like me! The results speak for themselves, I’ve lost 26lbs and am just 4lbs away from my goal of 189lbs and my blood pressure and cholesterol are now at completely normal levels. By the way, I was never hungry or starving like with typical diets. Chris did it the right way and taught me it’s not how much I’m eating. It’s what I’m eating. More importantly, I feel incredible! Biggest takeaway from training with Chris was learning how to brace for heavy weightlifting to keep my low back healthy. As a trainer he is like having a hybrid physical therapist/strength coach. Definitely worth the investment if you are serious about results. His facility is the most well equipped gym I have ever been to. Traditional strength equipment with all the functional stuff you ever imagined. Plenty of reserved parking for members, free unlimited bottled water, clean gym towels for every workout. Last but not least Cooper the Gym Dog is the best . Love that guy . Highly recommend hiring Chris as your guide to fitness.
