I took my car in because the check engine light was on. When I picked the car up, the check engine light came on before I got home. Took it back to the shop. When I picked the car up the second time, the check engine light came on before I got home. Took it back to the shop. When I picked the car up the third time, the same thing happened. 3 visits in 2 weeks and almost $5,000 in repairs and the check engine light is still on. Update: The above review was acknowledged by the shop, so I took my car in a fourth time on their assurance that it would be fixed. They had the car for a week. The check engine light is back on. When I called to tell them that, they asked that I bring the car in to read the code. I did that. They were going to call the next day to go over what they decided to do about the problem. That was over two weeks ago and I have not received a call. I can only assume that they are unwilling or unable to fix the car.
Probably the worst mechanic experience I've every had. Started as a referral from Discount Tire since DT misthreaded a wheel stud and it snapped when I was changing my brakes. Came here with an invoice from DT expecting to have it fixed and ready to go back on the road. Got it back with the issue fixed but was returned with a bunch of extra dash lights on (ABS, Stability/Traction, and power steering) that weren't on until after they worked on it AND a damaged sway bar that somehow i apparently missed while working on my brakes right next to it. Didn't know if there was an accident that did it but my ABS sensor wire was cut in the hub I had them work on. Called after I lost control in heavy rain and spun out on the freeway, luckily no wreck. Turned it back in the same day I'm reviewing (12/4), for a full diagnostic, they did that and ended up telling me what I knew already, that the ABS sensor might be causing all the extra lights to come on, and that they could give me a quote on it. In the nicest way possible, I really hope to never do business here again whatsoever. Just wanted to get my car situated again after a bad wreck. 🤷♂️🤷♂️
The entire crew here are top notch! They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle with a warranty for a really fair price- especially when utilizing their shuttle service, and the proof of what's going on exactly with pictures and video as well uploaded for you, and prioritized repairs based on urgency. I can’t thank this company enough for their exceptional service. My car was leaking coolant, and Bob was able to get me in the same morning. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and walked me through the entire repair process. Bob even arranged transportation for me to and from work, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the day, there was consistent communication regarding the status of my vehicle, the estimated timeline, and the exact cost of the repair. The level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care was outstanding. Truly a top-notch company. Bob made my day so much better.
Everyone is so warm and pleasant. I've been there a few times and my experiences have all been amazing! They are also very flexible with letting me take my car in without any prior appointments, to have it checked for issues I've had. I've also had my splash shield under my vehicle tacked back on a few times and even the heat shield repaired recently at NO COST! Just awesome customer service! And awesome group of people!
