I am so very pleased with Christian Cleaning and Restoration helping me each month! I love my housekeeper and enjoy visiting with her! She does a great job dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, and cleans the bathrooms too! She does what is so hard for me anymore. She uses her equipment and her cleaning supplies. She is a wonderful helper to me, and I appreciate the Senior discount! I thank God this business and for my housekeeper!!
Absolutely wonderful service! They were quick, professional, and were able to fit me into their schedule during a very busy holiday season with very short notice. I was so impressed. Not only did they remove all the spots from my carpet, but they were also able to completely clean up a wax spill from a candle—something I didn’t think was possible! The team was friendly, efficient, and truly cared about doing a great job. Wonderful service, great people, and I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to others.
Carter was outstanding in diligently steaming and rejuvenating our carpets. He even worked hard to remove the crayons and gunk that had worked themselves into the carpet in both kids bedrooms. I couldn't imagine our carpets looking any better unless they were brand new. I highly recommend Christian Cleaning & Restoration to anybody looking for a team to carpet steam their homes.
Everything seemed ok. They only sent one person to do a 4300 sq foot house, so I was worried. Another came and I was hopeful. I'm pregnant with pre-eclampsia in and out of the hospital sick. All I wanted was a good cleaning before my son comes and we even paid the higher quarterly price. Because it's hard for me to get around my husband did the check out. Well now a fight between us because he did a terrible job checking. They barely cleaned my bedroom and bathroom. I had stated the shower was a top priority. Didn't dust the end tables, dresser, tv stand, or under the sinks. There was visible trash remaining. Tonight I get in the shower, hair and skin residue and mold everywhere. They literally didn't even touch my top priority. The boss guy trying to call me when I'm so mad, blaming me because I let my husband check things. Says someone can come right now. Well I'm starving and want to go to the grocery. Just a terrible not customer approach attitude, sending us an invoice, not going above and beyond to fix on my terms after not doing their job. Not Christian but at least my dumb Christian husband gave them a $50 tip. Never again.
Amazing company! Carter was an extremely prudent and hard worker. He cleaned our carpets quickly! Great communication from this company! They called me 30 minutes prior to the appointment time to notify me that they would be arriving a little later than expected! I was told what to expect upfront and given an amazingly close estimate on the cleaning over the phone! The actual price was only $4 over the estimated price! These people know what they are doing! I am so thankful for this company and its workers.. these people truly overcome some challenging obstacles while remaining professional, honest, compassionate and fair. Christian Cleaning & Restoration will forever have my loyalty for all cleaning needs now and in the future. Thank you, Jesus, for this company. Please bless them at every job, season of growth, and continue to bless every client they get the privilege to serve! CCR, thank you for blessing me in such a stressful time.. and providing me with the peace of mind that my carpets are clean and properly sanitized after 25+ years of neglect.
