I don’t usually write reviews, but I received one of the best haircuts of my life from this salon! Sadie is honestly the best and recommended actual products that work with my hair. I’ve noticed such a difference from the haircut and using the products - my hair is finally more manageable. I’m very excited to go back for my next appointment!
Everyone was really nice when I entered the salon. The complimentary coffee was absolutely delicious. Flint was really great about sitting down with me and talking about what kind of haircut I wanted and suggestions for what would work best with the amount of maintenance I wanted to do with my hair. I loved how my haircut turned out and I look forward to returning 🙂
Sadie was so sweet !! She did an AMAZING job on my hair. We had a great consultation before getting started, and she was super understanding and prioritized understanding me and what I was looking for! 10/10 you should book w/ her for your next appointment!! And as a bonus they have the cutest cat!! The salon itself was such a nice atmosphere! I was greeted immediately when I walked in, and offered a drink! Amazing experience !!
I just want to say a huge thank you to Sierra, Will the owner & the rest of the amazing team!! Another salon owner chemically burnt over 50% of my hair off and I had so much breakage and they also left my hair big bird yellow. I was so distraught. Another lovely client of chrome recommended them to me. The WONDERFUL staff here at Chrome helped me so much they truly went above & beyond for me. They corrected the colour safely without me losing anymore. & set me up with a home regimen to continue my hair growth journey before my wedding next year. Their salon cat buttercup was also the perfect comfort buddy throughout the whole experience. I cannot thank them enough or imagine what I would’ve done without them. Thank you guys for everything you’ve done. I cannot wait for my next appointment. I truly cannot shut up either to everyone my recommendation to yall.
I was in Edmonton for spring break wanting to get my hair done i made an appointment with chrome spa salon, i appreciate the communication from all the wonderful team they have at this beautiful salon, the way they advised me what would be healthier for my hair, i felt so comfortable all the way through my appointment, sierra was amazing! Not only did she fix my hair, she gave me advice, like how many weeks to go in, and what toner to ask for, none of my past hair stylists ever told me any of that kind of information, i appreciate the whole experience from the owner and the whole staff as a team worked together during my appointment and made it such an amazing experience i will definitely be going back when i come back to alberta! Thank you for correcting my hair i am so happy with my results!
