I had a highly disappointing experience with Ciro's Auto Sound & Security, where I entrusted them with replacing the original radio in my Mercedes-Benz. What was meant to be a simple upgrade turned into a nightmare, resulting in the loss of the original radio and the removal of important electrical functions in my car, all for the sake of installing an amplifier. Throughout the entire process, I dealt with a representative named Emmanuel. First and foremost, the time frame of the installation was completely unacceptable. Ciro's Auto Sound & Security had my vehicle for weeks, yet they failed to install the new radio properly initially. This significant delay was frustrating and inconvenient, leaving me without a functioning radio for an extended period of time. To make matters worse, during the installation process, they managed to misplace my original radio. This level of carelessness and negligence is simply unacceptable for an automotive service provider. Losing a valuable component of my vehicle, especially without providing any explanation or resolution, is beyond disappointing. Moreover, the decision to remove the original electrical functions of my car to accommodate the amplifier installation raises serious concerns about their expertise and attention to detail as the car became unfunctional. It is highly unprofessional to compromise essential features of a vehicle just to install an aftermarket device. I expected a seamless integration of the new radio with the existing electrical system, but instead, I was left with the loss of key functions that greatly impacted the usability of my car.
Came to fix my stereo the people are very helpful! They have much info about the stereo systems and they will help! And the best part is that they are not expensive at all. If someone has a car audio problem you should Def check this place out
The best of the best, when it comes to customer service ciro is your guy not only will he give advice in car audio as a pose to what radio would be best or what amp should go on your device for the best results or what battery or if you need an alt or not for your vehicle he will help you budget wise he will work with you to make the customer happy and come back for more although it is a small place to be in and the it gets packed really quick this guy will stand by his word and will help you all the way the wait kind of blows but who cares it will be worth it at the end. Always is they have been there well forever actually owned by his dad handed down to his son he keeps the business going old school miami.👆💯
Aucune coordination entre la direction et les employés. J'ai amené ma voiture pour faire teinter les vitres. On m'avait promis un horaire précis, j'étais la deuxième voiture dans la file pour les teintes des vitres, et je leur ai même laissé une heure de plus après l'heure promise, et quand je suis arrivé(e) (3 heures plus tard), rien n'avait été fait sur la voiture. Personne ne m'a appelé et tout le monde a semblé surpris que la voiture ne soit pas prête. Beaucoup d'excuses, mais aucun effort pour remettre la situation en ordre. J'ai fait affaire ailleurs. J'ai fait teinter trois voitures ici, et installé deux alarmes. Cette nouvelle direction n'est pas du tout comme avant. Très déçu.
