I always have an excellent experience. Dr Santana is thorough great at communicating her recommendations. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Omi, Aaliyah and Kenny who all helped me get get through the appointment quickly!

I have been doing dental care with city dental for the past 15 years and today as I am sitting in the office I am still blown away by the excellent dental care that is being provided to myself and others who come in for dental care. Because of the quality care that is given to each patient, I actually brought in my husband to receive the same and he feels satisfied from the moment he entered the door. A smile, a welcome, and a level of respect all from the front desk staff. Omi, Kenny and Aaliyah thanks so much we felt so welcome. Dr. Hoang you are the best second to none offering the best treatment in dental care anyone could ask for. I had no regret when I recommended two of my children to your service. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hoang for years, she has such an amazing attention to detail and walks through every step and option thoroughly. My mother broke her crown on Christmas and Kenny was able to get a same day appointment for her when I called! Kenny’s warm smile and sense of humor brightens everyone’s day which is so needed when going to the dentist can stress people out. I’d recommend Dr. Hoang and Citi Dental to anyone who wants to upgrade their care. I still go to Dr.Hoang even after moving an hour away.
Omi and Dr. Shea are incredibly kind and skilled. Every single staff member was welcoming, calm, and patient, which gave me peace during my surgery. I was quite scared of the surgery, but the staff held my shoulder during the procedure, which was so comforting ♥️ I am recovering well, and it's clear that the staff are perfect at their work. Omi is also the sweetest angel, and she always greets me with kindness. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
