I love coming to this balloon store! The staff is always so friendly and willing to help with any request I have. They make everything easy, and you can even place a pickup order if needed. Great service every time!

I had a great experience with City Balloons! I called them 101 times with all of my questions and they were always very helpful and extremely patient. May helped me in store and was fantastic. She helped me plan and pick the right items for the day and for later use. She was very informative and didn’t rush me at all. I got everything I needed to decorate a hotel room and couldn’t have been happier with results. Thank you May!! ☺️💖
I wish I could give them 10 stars! These ladies saved my day by being kind and caring about what they do! Party city could not simply provide 8 presentable balloons for my event in which I ordered in advance. These ladies saved my day last minute and did an AMAZING JOB!! I will never use party city again. Save the time and headache and use CITY BALLOONS DALLAS for ALL your balloon needs no matter how big or small 💚 THANK YOU LADIES for coming to my rescue
