My family and I had an excellent experience at clear eye + optical in Fort Worth, Texas thanks to Latoya helping us. She is very kind and helped my Grandmother find new frames. We were impressed with her knowledge and kind spirit. She really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond! We will definitely be back!
Latoya assisted my daughter and I during our visit. She was amazing, while we were there she was very patient with my daughter since she was indecisive which pair of glasses to get. She explained all the charges thoroughly . Will definitely go back when. My daughter needs new glasses. Highly recommend this place.
Been coming to Ft Worth location for six years. Never had problems with the staff before today. In fact, they were nice, agreeable people with only great service on their mind. Which is how it should be. Today (12.9.25) I came in wanting adjustment on the frame purchased about a year ago. I don't know what problem was, but he was walking away from speaking to me directly. One note: I display a stroke like speech pattern. In any event. I left with the glasses being worse (looser) than before. The guy that was "helping" me? He should be in a back-office job with no ability to affect customers. ___________________________________ RESPONSE TO OWNER: Through LinkedIn I was able to find out who that guy was - it was Everton. As said before. he should be in a back office job. I walk now, have no car and its 2.5 miles one way to Whole Foods. I have no desire to work with Everton again.
Great experience from the setting up the appointment to appointment day. Staff and Doctor very professional and helpful. Up to date technology which made diagnosis understandable to a lay person like me. I would recommend them for all your optical needs. The doctor was so patient to no only answer but to listen as well. Feeling heard and seen in healthcare is vital to the well being of the patient. Great job guys🙌🏽
Latoya helped me picking out my glasses. She did a great job. I ended up with the first one she picked though I thought I liked several Others before I went back to the first one she picked out. She and I joked around quite a bit and I really enjoyed working with her. I did not use the optometrist, but there is nothing that would prevent me from doing so in the future. I did have some interaction with the other staff members and they were great as well. Five stars!
