Elena was great. Prompt, great communication through a translator. I did both my nose piercing, and my daughter‘s ears piercing all within 20 minutes. Very nice facility, clean, spacious, and all employees care.
I’m from NY and came for a quick trip to visit family. I called on short notice being spontaneous with my sister we wanted matching tattoos to honor my dad. Called and got a same day appointment with Donnie. He was great. Personable and pleasant personality. I don’t usually go to anyone but I got great vibes when I called for the appointment and Donnie didn’t disappoint. Met his wife also and they are extremely kind people. Would definitely return on my next trip. 👍👍

I(I’m only speaking my truth)in and it the way everything was handled was okay. I called in a few hours before to see if they would have any openings. I was told I couldn’t get an answer until I came in to see the work. Understandable. After coming in for what I wanted on my arm small , It is a came out a bit pricey. I was first quoted 600 for the Bible quote and the design I wanted but that was too much. So I decided with just the words. 175. Then I asked about the “farada “ words. Another 175. I Paid 350 in total for just the wording “farada” and the Bible script. But liked how they came out. I’m on the fence if I will come back because of the pricing. The vibes were okay I guess. I think for me how bare the interaction was. Meaning when I first walked in I was greeted but then that it was straight to the point what I came in , even when I tried to go into detail about the meaning there was barely any reaction. Also with waiting. The dude that was set to do my tattoo was outside already just chilling. When he came inside and I was told he would be doing my tattoo he still was just chilling. Then once I was set with what I wanted, I had to wait additional time which was 30 minutes ( I was paying for a meter so I had to accommodate for that extra time). Which I understand if he had someone before me but i feel if you knew someone was coming in you hours before hand you should have been set and ready to go. Now when it came to the interactions of the boss and tattoo artist I just took it as maybe that’s how they are as people but in my past experience of getting work done, this is by far the first time where the interaction was somewhat cold. I do give props for taking me in but there was a vibe that something was off .There was bare to minimum interaction. Not even small talk. I even asked about covering up one small word and was quoted “400” because it’s a cover up of just the “F” word which I found odd for such a small little word to cost so much but when I replied “really ?” I was told it’s because it’s a cover up. I give this place a 7 out of 10. I was going to go back and finish the second half of my tattoo but to give out another 200 is too much. They artist although didn’t speak me to really at all got me out of there before the time that I needed but overall between the whole experience and price of my overall tattoos I will give it a C
