Google Map marked it on a wrong location. Here is Building 4 while Rehab is actually Building 5. The website listed here is also inaccurate. I have been reporting this since my son began his rehab last year and hope this can be resolved by 2026.
This center offers so many great physical therapy options. I am well supported by the therapists and they make recovery easier. Two improvements that would make it 5-stars- 1) PT is different than other health appointments, you are often scheduling 2 or more a week over a long period of time, it would be lovely to not go through the general scheduling system to grab my appointment times. 2) Reception is touch and go-- it's been better recently, but considering the high amount of touchpoints and complications with PT billing / self-pay, it's really disappointing how poor the experience is. This office could use its own direct line and scheduling support to enhance continuity of care for people in rehab and recovery.
Disappointing in every way and not worth the time or money. My appointment lasted 20 minutes. The therapist administered a range of motion assessment that was inadequate/incomplete based on symptoms, ignored everything I said, improperly administered grip test with dynamometer, then literally googled my symptoms and printed out 3 very basic exercises that I had already been doing. He didn't bother to assess my performance of these exercises, or demonstrate them in any way. The price for this "expertise?" $948 billed to my insurance company. Absolutely appalling. I got more help and relief from a free 3 minute YouTube video. This is my second similar experience with Cleveland Clinic physical therapists. There won't be a 3rd.
Called to make an appointment 04/26/23 at 4:25pm let me say I've been a patient here for years and never have been treated so poorly. This girl was beyond rude a straight up a$$hole to be honest. On top of that she couldn't even get the information straight. I cancelled the bs appointment she scheduled and made the right appointment to the right facility myself. Hey lady if your so miserable at your job please quit. No one wants to deal with disgusting people like you.
Nous adorons cet endroit. Les réceptionnistes sont tous incroyables et très chaleureux et accueillants. Ils sont plus que disposés à s'adapter à votre emploi du temps. Nous avons eu 2 thérapeutes là-bas et les deux sont incroyables. Jen est merveilleuse avec ma petite fille. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Le seul inconvénient, une fois que vous planifiez votre rendez-vous, c'est pratiquement gravé dans le marbre à partir de là, alors assurez-vous que c'est un jour et une heure que vous pouvez maintenir de manière constante. Je ne savais pas cela et c'est pourquoi nous avons dû changer de thérapeute. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un super endroit.
