Tim and Megan were both amazing to work with! It was a joy to be able to be around positive minded people helping me with a shoulder sports injury. Both very knowledgeable and passionate about their field, and I genuinely looked forward to every appointment to rehab my shoulder but also being able to connect on a human level, through humor, sports, and fitness. I’ll always look back pleasantly on my 3 month journey with them
I just wrapped up my treatment at Cloudline Physical Therapy at 10th & Locust Streets. I highly recommend it if you need PT. The space itself is bright and open and the staff is friendly and positive. I went to Cloudline to deal with a persistent case of plantar fasciitis. If I had a dollar for every time someone told me to stretch my calf muscles more, I would be a rich woman. Timothy Cheung was my physical therapist and quick to point out that stretching alone was not going to make me better. Tim is a great PT. He’s funny and light hearted, but don’t let that fool you. He is super smart and knowledgeable about body mechanics and seemed determined to see me get better. He put together a very effective treatment plan, paid attention to how my body was responding to the exercises, and took the time to answer all of my questions along the way. I highly recommend him, especially for treating plantar fasciitis. Also a shout out to Selena, the Clinic Administrator, who was very welcoming and helped me deal with insurance issues.
Second time coming to Cloudline for PT (different issue). My therapist, Tim was excellent! He used a variety of different stretches and exercises to correct my understanding of how my muscles should be working. His corrections were easy to understand and went a long way. The vibe of this location is great, everyone who works there is friendly and you can tell they really enjoy working there. The app they use is also really handy, as it has videos of many of the exercises so you can refer to them when doing the program at home. Highly recommend this place and their therapists!
I can’t say enough great things about Cloudline and especially Alley (Alexandra Grambone). Alley answered all my questions while creating unique, challenging, and fun exercises to rebuild my strength and get me back to work after an injury. She also helped me work on my scoliosis, using Schroth techniques that I’d never been introduced to before. It was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend Alley and Cloudline to anyone needing PT! Alley and the rest of the Cloudline staff were all kind, supportive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. it’s truly a fun place to do PT- with a good backing playlist, decorations, and nice bright space! Not the main reason it’s great- that’d be the knowledgeable staff- but it’s an added bonus. Thanks so much! 💕
TL;DR: Tim is an absolutely fantastic PT for my post-op ACL repair therapy and I would recommend him highly. I went to cloudline because they readily responded to my inquiry for PT with the form on their website and were able to schedule me sooner than Jefferson and I'm very glad I did. My physical therapist was Timothy Cheung and he worked with me for a few months - biweekly, then weekly. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and attentive. I felt very comfortable asking questions and making sure I was recovering well. It was very easy to schedule appointments although note that they are only open weekdays. Overall, I had a good experience and if I ever need PT again (fingers crossed, I do not!) I would come back to Cloudline.
