I was looking for a gym that could help me increase my strength and cardio while also connecting ti my line of work. CPA does exactly that. With every workout, i can connect the movements to how they relate to my job. Everyone is welcoming, this gym is for those with all levels of fitness, you get what you put into the workouts. Coach is motivating and always pushing you past your limits.
I had a great experience at Coach Pain’s Academy. The workout was definitely challenging, but after doing some research on their program, I really appreciate how practical and purposeful their training style is compared to most gyms I’ve been to in the past. The environment is very team-oriented, and everyone pushes each other to give their best effort. Thank you for the comped class — I truly enjoyed it and look forward to training with you more in the future!
As a veteran, I was excited to try Coach Pain Academy, especially for their military-style workouts. Walking in, Coach Pain and the others made me feel right at home. I can tell right away that Coach Pain is really passionate about his profession and helping others get to where they want to be. It’s very inspiring, like he knows exactly how to push you past your limits, but keep you in that mode to keep grinding it out. I left feeling like I could take on anything, with that old spark reignited. Coach Pain’s the real deal—I’m halfway to signing up already. If you’re up for a serious challenge, this program is a must. You won’t regret it.
Best group class I’ve ever been to! Pushes you to your limits and shows you can push through you barriers and keep improving. Coach Pain is an excellent coach and his motivation inspires you to push beyond what you think you can accomplish. Recommend this gym to everyone. My first class was the Veterans Day class and now I’m going to be going as much as possible. I would give him 10 stars and again recommend to every gym goer that wants a push.
Coach Pain is the real deal! He's passionate, professional, and produces results. We have entrusted Coach Pain to prepare our daughter for the physical rigors of basic combat training and we're very excited about the journey!
