I have an imported vehicle from Japan, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. After calling 10 shops in the area being scared to work on an imported diesel vehicle, a friend referred me to Coastal Import Repair, they were happy to see and service my vehicle. Awesome to see they live up to the name of their business. Super cool place to bring my SUV to, very friendly and accommodating with dealing with an import vehicle and help and advice with sourcing parts. They do excellent work and don’t charge an arm and a leg for it. They have insane attention to detail, I first brought it in for a top to bottom inspection and things I never considered looking at and even though some don’t affect the cars performance at all, they caught and I appreciate it because to me it’s shows they care for the car as if it’s their own. Detailed documentation of discrepancies so I can make those corrections on my own or have them preform the work, which I did have the do with additional maintenance and all work performed has been outstanding. I’m very grateful to have this shop nearby to help me maintain my vehicle and help it get to 1million miles! Thanks Coastal Import!
This was the first time we took my wife's Mercedes GLS 450 here, but I have been taking my BMWs here for years. Always treated with respect, and quality service. The technicians are experienced, with the knowledge to fix the problem the first time. There is always a concern for my time, with a favorable bottom line for the pricing. This is a very good place to service your pampered automobile.
Absolutely loved everything. Repair, cost and great, honest people. Had my Cayenne there and it can't get any better than that! Can only recommend this place for all import cars!
I have taken many of my Toyota vehicles over the years to Coastal for service starting with my 1978 or 79 Toyota Corona Station Wagon after the dealer charged a boat load and still had not fixed the problem that caused my clutch to go out. Coastal took car of the problem that turned out to be just that the dealer has used the wrong size filter! The price for the service was minimal. They have always been trustworthy and a reasonably priced. Sadly, this time that could not help me with my current Toyota's need for a new engine. :( Even so they will remain my go to for car repair.
Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and a recent Carvana purchase inspection, and as always, Adam and his team were amazing. I’ve trusted them with all my cars over the years—well, all except the Jeep! Their honesty, professionalism, and thorough work keep me coming back.
