This is one of the nicer, cleaner, towels always fresh kind of spots; however, rating a 4 because my fleet usually gets cleaned between 6 and 645. I understand they close at 7 but if you allow me to clean my car till 7 should give a grace period or warning that vaccums are off at 701. Employees still have closing duties… like picking up all the unused towels so just a pet peeve as a fleet car that uses cobblestone 10+ times a week. 🤷♀️
Great customer service. We had an issue where we had to update a card and a new account was created in error. We went in and were helped by Kimberly F. and Daniel. They took time to correct the error and made everything right. I really appreciate their help and friendly attitudes. Thank you!
Great car wash! Friendly staff! Always greeted with a warm smile never have to wait long for service and always have my questions answered in timely fashion! The employees at this location who work in the sales lanes are extremely friendly and always welcoming. Makes me want to continue to come back! I highly recommend this location to my family and friends!!
Shady, was sold a diamond wash from the gentleman upfront who said it includes an interior wipe down with an exterior spray wax, wheels wells wiped down, and plastics conditioned. The outside wasn’t touched. I asked the man who gave me my keys and said it’s just an interior wipe down that’s additional. I pay for an unlimited monthly membership and honestly, it looks no different. A waste of additional money. Won’t be adding any extras on again. Save yourself the time and money.
I use this cobblestone Auto spa to wash my car weekly. It is my favorite cobblestone Auto spa because it does not have the bars for your cars tire. it's a flat surface that takes your car through the wash which I like especially if your car is a little bit to lower to the ground. The price has been going up at this car wash when we first went to the car wash there it was $4 for the wash now it's $7 for your basic light wash which is all I use to wash my car. The vacuums are powerful at the car wash. I highly recommend this cobblestone even with the continued price increases in the basic wash. My opinion this is the best car wash in Chandler Gilbert that is self-serve. On Saturdays and Sundays it's pretty busy. Again I highly recommend this car wash.
