Shame on me for not leaving a review before now. Been a fan since they opened. We've bought their catering, been to many catered events, and just had dinner last night. We love supporting the owners, but the food is unlike anything else - super creative and flavorful while very reasonably priced. Service has always been friendly, and they make you feel appreciated. One thing I have to rave like a lunatic about is the chicken wings. No buffalo or BBQ sauce in sight. These are, by far, the most tender wings I've ever had. I'd love to know how they cook these. So tender, if you grabbed one by the end and flicked it, that wing would fly one last time, off the bone, and your friend across from you would get a flinged wing to the forehead.
Casual spot with very fast counter service. My food was nearly ready before I even sat down! The Karina bowl was delicious and I their chips were super fresh and yummy. Price was very reasonable. Lots of seat yourself tables indoors.
the bougie tacos were absolutely delicious. carne asada was very tender. had carnitas, buche and the octopus and chorizo tacos, each were distinct and delicious. served with black beans and rice.. prices were comparable to other taquerias
This is one of my favorite taco places ever! I love the unique flavors they come up with!! Whenever I come to Spokane, I try to come here. I wish they were open on Sundays, but I get it. I also wish they offered flour tortillas because I’m form sensitive. But I don’t care about having a reaction because it’s THAT good 😂
Cochinito is a great spot for fast, flavorful eats. I had the birria tacos and the lamb—both tender, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. You order at the counter, and service was fast and efficient. Water is self-serve, and the space has a modern, laid-back vibe with cool decor. Great for a quick but satisfying meal. Construction in the area made it a bit of an adventure to find, but the signage is clear which helps.
