Note that parking here is terrible. If you’re driving in I suggest you arrive AT LEAST 20 mins before your appointment because that’s how long it took me to find a spot. This made me 5 mins late to my appointment. My barber was visibly upset when I arrive. I asked for the same hair style I had just about 0.5 inch shorter. He didn’t ask me any follow up questions like how I style it and he didn’t even run a comb through my hair to see how it falls. He just started hacking away at it. Hacking is the best description for what he did. In the end he cut at least 1.5 inch off the top. It didn’t even resemble what I had coming in and I didn’t see it until he had “finished”. I told him this isn’t at all what I asked for and he told me he had to rush it because I was late. So somehow the bad haircut is my fault? He didn’t end up charging me for the cut. I would not recommend this place.
Crystal 🤌🤌 took care of us. We're from Orlando and were desperate to find a barber shop that takes walk-ins for my son. Not only do they squeeze us in, but our girl Crystal was so swift and helpful. She recommended a product for us. My son loved his haircut. It's very hard to please a teenage boy, and after the wash she was very quick to give him layers for volume with a clean look. I'm so glad we came across them.
I hate to do this. The Barber was extremely nice but it's very unprofessional in there. I asked for balled tapers and I still have a one on the side. It was rushed. No attention to detail at all. I've been cutting for 13 years and I knew not to continue with the Barber when he asked me if I was all set when the haircut wasn't finished.
Been going to Collins ever since I moved to Nashville 5 years ago. Great employees, easy to book and fair pricing for the caliber of service and attention you receive in every visit. They also have a great $5 valet option with the Bobby hotel across the street for quick and easy parking. Shout out to Kayla for always doing a great haircut and beard trim!
I've been going to see Rob for years, and he's given me excellent service and cuts the entire time! I always give him credit when I get compliments on my hair - the fellowship and atmosphere are definitely part of the charm as well. Being able to book online and pre-pay are a huge bonus. :)
