My car was accidentally damaged while I was in church. It was towed to Collision Masters and the prompt attention and service that we received were of the highest quality. Cameron was assigned to my case and he not only kept me updated regarding estimate, parts ordered and the status of repairs was exceptional. Courteous, polite and professional describe Cameron to a T!
Definitely recommend working with them! Scott did a great job helping us out and keeping us updated with the progress of our vehicle, and it was ready within the estimated timeframe! Our vehicle looked like new when we got it back, everything was wiped down and cleaned inside for us! Will come back if I ever need them again in the future!!!
Had a fantastic experience with Collision Masters! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Scott was available to answer every question, and I had quite a few! He always responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about working with the insurance company. I was impressed with the quality of work as my car looks good as new. This is my first time using Collision Masters and I must say that the service was absolutely the best. Scott was very responsive, patient, and professional. He provided me with every detail that I needed to make the service ran smoothly. Anytime that I had any issues or asked a question he was alway quick to respond. The turnaround time to fix my car was super fast. The work on the car was amazing! You couldn't tell that the vehicle had been hit. Thank you Collison Masters for you amazing service. If I need this service again in the future, I will be back.
This is my third time going to Collision Masters and I honestly won’t trust my car with anyone else in Lexington. Chris is upfront, honest, and never tries to upcharge or push things you don’t need (which is hard to find). As a college student, I feel like they’ve always treated me fairly instead of taking advantage. One time Chris even touched up a scratch for free because it just needed a little paint, which really shows how much he looks out for his customers! Most recently, he fixed my cracked bumper and you’d never even know it was damaged!! the paint matches perfectly and it looks straight out of the dealership!! The work is always high quality, done on time, and the prices are really fair! If you want a shop that’s trustworthy and genuinely takes care of you, this is the place!! Definitely ask for Chris!!!!!
