We took our daughters car in for minor damage caused by deer hitting it. This is a 2 year old car. Manny was difficult to work with thru entire process. He was rude and talked down to my wife. I had to complete the process because she didnt want to be treated like that. When we went to pick up the completed car, we noticed paint overstay covering most of front bumper, hood, windshield and driver mirror and lower side panel. We pointed it out and Manny argued that it came in that way. The car was in perfect condition before, except driver door. In fact Manny inspected the car when it came in and there was no mention of overspray. It was in his shop 7 weeks. He refused to clean it and told us to go away. We ended up paying $275 to have someone else clean it. We had a bad experience at this place. Before you go there protect yourself with really good before pictures and get copy of initial inspection and be present when it happens. We do NOT recommend this place. Dishonest owner that talks down to women. To be fair...The repair work was acceptable, price reasonable.

My Hyundai was stolen, wrecked, and abandoned — and insurance wouldn’t cover the repairs. Collision San Antonio brought it back to life. It’s running great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. Manuel was patient and helpful every step of the way. I probably drove him a little crazy with all my texts and requests, but he always stayed kind and professional. I’ll definitely be taking my Ford there next for its (much more extensive) repairs. Highly recommend this shop — they really take pride in what they do.
