Great to do business with someone so honest and easy to work with. The case I purchased didn't work out and they let me return it, no questions asked.
I cannot have down time, and my computer was experiencing memory difficulties. I stopped in here on a lark, halfway figuring I could limp my desk top machine for another year or two. I discussed my problem with Sgt. Pacheco in about half an hour, and he was obviously well qualified to do the required work. I stopped in a second time and asked if he needed some time to collect all the needed items. I dropped off my machine this morning, he wound not commit to having it ready same day service, but likely the next day. I was flabbergasted when he called me at 4:00 p. m. telling me it was ready for pick-up. 7 hours service, and my computer runs like a fine watch. Also picked up about the upcoming transition to windows 11. Mr. Pacheco is very knowledgeable and up to date will vital computer stuff, and speaks very freely about it when prompted. Price was too low, I don't know how he stays in business, but he told me it was a "fair price."
This guy it is a crook i ask him to clean my disk for space he talk ne into getting a reburbished dell he charge $316 ok with it what it was going to be done into getting one or 2 days . He was improvising all the way he don’t know what he is doing. He them was going to back up my own hp Ten he when ahead to charged me again $176 for something he was supposed to be done as part of the initial he wanted to for connecting the external drive . Well what a night mare. I call the credit card company and they reimbursed the charge . He text me to please ask mi c c company to take off the dispute he promised the world because that will affect his reviews. Don’t get scamm by this crook
About a month ago or so I came in to Computer Techs of San Antonio with a very sick computer. Sure enough, it turned out to be my hard drive. That's when i met Robert, a very kind soul and true gentleman! He checked the hard drive and it had no remedy left. He had several used computers that he himself refurbished! They all blew my old windows eight model out of the water! I purchased one of these and could not believe what I was missing. The speed and picture quality was amazing! I've been rocking ever since and the price was very fair! It didn't even put a dent in my Christmas budget. What's more is that I'm not the most tech savvy person on the planet but when i have a question or want to know how to get from point a to b I can call Robert. He always goes out of his way to make sure I understand the answer he's explaining to me. Now that kind of service is a rare commodity to find these days! Unlike the competition where you'll get a mouth full of attitude because they think they know more than you and would like to keep it that way(insecurity issues from childhood I would imagine). Yes sir, I'm so glad and lucky to have found this little gem off Fredericksburg Rd. Robert and his family whom I've had the pleasure to meet seem to treat their customers with respect and dignity which is way more than the mediocrity you will find with the competition.
