We switched to Conditioned Air Solutions after working with another big name HVAC maintenance provider in the area, and we were blown away with their level of service. They spent so much time and care on our units, and identified things others previously overlooked. Pricing was also much more competitive and they were never pushy. They’ve been great at communicating any updates with us, too. We are so happy we made the switch.

Josh Boshaw from Conditioned Air Solutions was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and methodical. He took the time to actually diagnose the issue instead of jumping straight to assumptions or quick fixes. He explained what he was seeing in clear, straightforward terms and walked me through the options so I could make an informed decision without any pressure. What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty. Josh clearly knows his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way. He was respectful of my home, efficient with his time, and focused on solving the problem correctly rather than just getting in and out. It’s rare to find a technician who combines technical competence with strong communication and integrity, but Josh does exactly that. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your HVAC system, ask for him specifically. Conditioned Air Solutions is lucky to have him. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful people at Conditioned Air Solutions who replaced both of our HVAC systems in record time. Russ came out and gave us a really good quote for the units and got the ball rolling on installation day…which was only 2 business days later. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and kept us informed of everything they were doing throughout the entire installation process. My husband and I are very very pleased with both of the Daikin units and with the company’s worry-free maintenance/protection plan. Conditioned Air Solutions is truly a 5 -star company!

Very good service. Josh B came out and he tried everything he could to get my old AC unit up and running. But, unfortunately the compressor wouldn’t start. When it did it growled angrily and unhappy. So I will need a replacement system. The guys came within hours to help us in our situation. ** Update ** I needed a whole air conditioner replacement with new ductwork. The set me up with a 3 ton unit. Todd Murry and Marshall Spence from sales quoted me a price for full replacement. It was somewhat pricey but for the warranty and the quality I felt it was worth it. The set me up with some financing options. Great guys. Then next day Trustin Cash came out with some portable AC units to keep the house cool when it was down. Luke Works, Greg Duplechain and Austin Bennet took out the old unit and installed the new unit in. It took less than a day for that install. They were pretty quick. Now I had a cool house. I was so happy! Then the final phase was in two weeks. It was a busy time for them. Then the brothers came out. Daniel and Chris Lemons ripped out the old musty decrepit vents. Installed new fresh ducts in 1 and a half days. They laid out .7 mm thick plastic sheets under the house. Now I have no musty smells and the air conditioner works. In a nutshell I’m vey happy with their work. They cleaned up after and did a good job. I can’t beat the quick service and the warranty. Hopefully I won’t needed them again. With the quality of the product and work. I’m not too worried about it.

Another great experience with CAS! Our house was suffering from high humidity. We had major condensation forming on the existing ductwork due to many factors. CAS sent out Marshal S. to evaluate. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping identify the issues and was able to calculate the heat load requirements for adequate conditioning of the spaces. We ended up replacing the ductwork for the basement and main floor, installing a dehumidifier specifically for our mechanical space, and sealing up the exterior vents and crawl space door. A huge shout out to Will M., Rick, Rodney A., and Charles M. on the demo and install! These guys are simply fantastic and know their stuff! Additionally, they are just all around good folks. The project took just under 4 days to complete. The guys showed up on time everyday and busted it out until everything was complete. Communication was excellent. Everyday Will did a morning and end of day check in with me and walked me through what they had done and answered any questions that I might have had. I could immediately tell the difference in temperature and humidity levels in the house along with the mechanical space when they turned the units on. Air flow through all of the registers was significantly improved. I could tell that extra care was taken to ensure maximum efficiency and operation of the HVAC system was achieved. Really enjoyed meeting and getting to know these guys over the duration of the project. Again, big thank you to them and CAS for exceeding our expectations!
