My fiancée and I visited Continental Diamond in March to explore engagement ring options. From the moment we arrived for our scheduled appointment, we were welcomed by Linda, who made the early stages of the process clear, concise, and—most importantly—not overwhelming. After discussing what we were looking for, Linda introduced us to Ashley, and the four of us spent the next hour designing my fiancée's dream ring from scratch using only a few online screenshots we had brought with us. As Ashley worked with the design software, she showed incredible patience and enthusiasm, ensuring every detail matched our vision and that we were completely satisfied. Once the final design was complete, I stayed in close communication with Linda regarding timing, pricing, and expectations. She was always quick to respond to emails and to answer any questions I had. We truly couldn’t have imagined a better experience than what we had with Continental Diamond. The best part was receiving our ring at a great price—up to 50% less than other places we considered. I highly recommend Continental Diamond and encourage anyone to ask for Linda 🙂
Continental Diamonds was absolutely incredible to work with. From start to finish, Laurel went above and beyond—especially when it came to designing a custom ring. The amount of time she spent with us was unmatched. We never felt rushed in the process. Laurel walked us through every option, and made sure we truly understood each decision along the way. Multiple people at the trunk show offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the entire experience feel collaborative. You can tell they genuinely care about getting it right, not just making a sale. The final ring turned out even better than we imagined, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a jeweler who values craftsmanship, transparency, and personal attention—especially for a custom piece—I can’t recommend Continental Diamonds enough.
We received a very warm welcome, no waiting and Rachel spent time with us to get to know what we were looking for as well as our ring preferences. She went out of her way to keep us informed on the styles and options available in the rings we had picked out! We are both overwhelmed with the quality and beauty of the rings we purchased. This is the second purchase I made with Rachel, and I cannot say enough about her knowledge and kind salesmanship. She truly shows concern and care for the customer she is working with!! I will very highly recommend her to any and all of my friends and family as well as Continental Diamond for the quality and craftsmanship of their jewelry!
Carrie helped us out at Continental Diamond and I ended up with the most beautiful ring with a lot of sentimental value! I was able to use my late papas diamond in a brand new setting. The process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location and Carrie!
Went with my now fiancé and it was a really good experience. We met with Kevin and I didn't know much about rings, but Kevin was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything and everyone is very knowledgeable. There were a lot of options to choose from so I was able to find a really good ring that she liked. It was no hassle to get the ring in yellow gold instead of silver and even picking out the diamond. It was really nice being able to talk to Kevin over text so that he could keep me updated and my fiancé didn't have a clue what was going on. Overall a really good experience. Everyone is super friendly and as far as prices go it was average price. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
