Overall, a fantastic experience. The service and atmosphere deserve five stars. Particularly noteworthy were the strawberry butter bread served with the bread and the Brussels sprouts as accompaniment. These were small touches, but made a big difference. The ribeye and octopus were of high quality, so the flavor was predictable. The only area for improvement，some parts of the steak and octopus tentacles were overcooked and tasted bitter. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. This is my second time visit this restaurant. Next time, I'll try the seafood.
Wow! When I booked tonight’s dinner I was hoping to have a nice dinner and relax. Not only did that happen, we enjoyed one of my favourite dinners out that I can remember. The ambience was perfect and the food….the food was incredible. The menu will have you coming back for something different for weeks. Honestly was difficult to decide what to order. In hindsight, made the best choices for what we will call “Day One”. Oysters to start. Ceasar salad to share. The Japanese Waygu and Chilean Sea Bass with a bottle of Pinot Noir was all one could ask for. We will be back for sure. There are days left on that menu that need conquering!
It's my first time at Conversate steak and seafood to celebrate my birthday, from the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. We were greeted with a warm welcome and our coats were taken, setting the tone for a truly elevated evening. The ambiance was so beautiful chairs cozy and comfy. Elisha attended to us with a beautiful smile, her service was outstanding, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. She explained each dish and gave great recommendations. And the manager kept checking in to make sure we were good. The food was wow!!!. Every dish was a highlight on its own. The steak and lobster were cooked to perfection, and the Wagyu meatball was rich, tender, and absolutely unforgettable. Even the complementary bread and butter were next-level, simple but crafted with such care that you could taste the quality in every bite. The drinks were just as impressive, perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. This restaurant deserves every bit of praise and absolutely feels worthy of a Michelin star. I can’t wait to go back! They also offer birthday deals every Sundays with a whooping $125 off and currently offer lunch deal (see their website for details).

We had an amazing experience at Conservate Steak and Seafood! The modern ambiance created the perfect atmosphere for our evening, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even surprised my girlfriend with a complimentary dessert for her birthday, which made the night extra special. We ordered the crab cakes, the beef wellington and the creme brulee. The food was outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience!
