Eveytime we go to Cookie Cutters it's a great experience. Marinna is our go to stylist, she's absolutely wonderful and our son likes her too. And his favorite part is getting a ballon before we leave. I would definitely recommend Cookie Cutters to anyone looking for a place to take their kids.
I took my son for his first hair cut, and it turned out great! Marinna was amazing and engaged with my son instead of just with me as the parent. I will be bringing him back for his hair cuts in the future.
Kaitlin helped us today with my son’s first ever haircut. Not only was she very skilled at what she did but also was so nice and sweet to my 1 year old. Thank you Kaitlin!! I will be returning.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a stylist. Do NOT let Sarah touch your kids hair if they have curls. She has no idea what she’s doing and I’m very concerned she done irreversible damage to my sons curly hair. She did a terrible job. The cut was so uneven plus she took thinning shears and started hacking at his soft, full curls making them jagged and rough. On top of the atrocious hair cut, she has no patience and kept threatening to cut it bald, causing my son to become upset. Thankfully another stylist at this salon was able to correct the cut but I’m terrified that my sons curls are permanently ruined because of this. I will never go back because of this horrible experience. Parents… save yourself the heartbreak and do not let this so called stylist, Sarah, go anywhere near your child’s curls.
It takes a lot for me to review a place, but I’m so pleased that I have to. I took my three year old to have his hair cut at another business. He has never had a problem getting his hair cut before, but for whatever reason it did not go well and the hairdresser seemed visibly annoyed. I decided to book at Cookie Cutters and hope that they’d be more understanding if he got scared again. We had the best experience! Arlena (I believe that was our hairdresser’s name) was so sweet and had the best calm presence. She cut both of my boys hair and they did so well with her. We will definitely be coming back to them for all future cuts even if it’s a bit of a drive for us! PS- The balloons at the end are the best finishing touch. They’ve been playing with them all day ❤️
