Been using this location for about 2 years for my son’s haircuts. We are normally early for our appt but on Saturday we got hung up at a light in front of the Kroger and were 5 min late, I called and told them we were at the light and would be there in a min and got a call back almost instantly where they cancelled our appt as we were parking in the lot. Then they tried to change our appt from 5:45 to 5:30 to cover themselves for doing it. As you can see in screenshots the appt was confirmed via text for 5:45 a couple times and you can see timestamps on calls from my call log. Management should really look at the customer service here because you’re going to lose customers. We won’t be back after being treated this way.

This was my first experience here with Sheree; very nice stylist and did perfect style as picture I shown her!!
My first 2 experiences with this salon was fine. Since people have recommended Rose, I chose her to cut my son’s hair 3 times. Unfortunately after my experience today, I will no longer be coming back. I showed a picture of the cut I wanted for my son, and requested to have it exactly as is which is a skin fade comb over. The finish cut she gave my son looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I asked her if she can correct the difference while showing her the picture again, she gave an attitude, clicked her tongue and said “Are you serious?” Then proceeded to say, “you’re gonna have to pay extra for the time and I have another client.” Mind you there was no one else in that salon waiting. It was empty. At the checkout, I asked the cashier why they are charging me extra $5 for wanting the cut corrected, and they said they are charging me for a cut exceeding 15 mins and because Rose needs to take her lunch break. It’s an empty salon. You can take your breaks whenever you’re free. You work to satisfy your customers without question and complaints . That’s the whole point about running a salon! I’ve never heard of anyone charge extra for time in a salon especially during slow days. She didnt even seem like she was enjoying it and just wanted it over with. Very unprofessional behavior demonstrated! Never coming back again!
This place is great! You walk in and to your right is a little play place with a slide! Then you go further and there are chairs disguised as kids power wheel cars for sitting in to get their hair cut. My son noticed a tower of balloons where he was promptly handed one upon request. When my son sat in the chair (his was a batman car), she handed me the remote to a small roku tv to choose whatever channel or show we wanted. Miss Rose got straight to work on my sons hair. She cut quick and precise! His hair looks so cute and he just looks so grown afterwards! Thank you Cookie Cutters!!
