I went to this salon last week and overall it was a pretty good experience. The stylist was friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. I got a haircut and a blow-dry, and it turned out just how I expected. The place itself was clean and had a nice vibe, though it was a bit busy when I was there. Prices seemed fair for the area, and they had a few styling products I liked. I think I’d go back next time I need a trim, nothing fancy but definitely a solid spot for a regular haircut.
If you want a professional, fun atmosphere, this is your place! Go see Bailey! She was amazing! I witnessed professionalism beyond belief. Educating the clients and not just giving them what they come in asking for. Really taking the time to listen and understand what somebody wants and let them know whether or not it can be achieved. They weren’t pushy with products but offered and told you what they were using on your hair and why. I definitely found my new salon and can’t wait to try some fun with color. 10/10 would recommend.
I have been trying to find time in my schedule to get a hair cut/colored for what seems like forever. Yesterday I had a last minute opening so I called to see if they could squeeze me in. They very quickly got me booked with Leah but I was told I probably had to pick either a cut or color because of the time crunch. I have VERY thick and long hair and it takes a long time to get done. Leah listened to what I wanted and was able to give me a full transformation. My hair is exactly what I wanted and I have gotten so many compliments. I can’t believe what she was able to do with so little time. Would recommend her to anyone she is so talented and sweet!!!
I had an excellent experience at Cortello Salon! The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. My stylist, Gabby, was incredibly talented and professional. She took her time to really listen to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I had in mind. I couldn’t be happier with the result!
I have been going to Cortello Salon for years and have never had an issue until recently when I was trying to book my bang trim. My normal stylist was booked out for multiple weeks which is uncommon for a bang trim. Cortello has been doing my bang trims for over a year and has easily fit me in the same week I call to make an appointment. I asked to see a different stylist if I could get in sooner and they said I might have to pay a different rate for another stylist. They told me I could get in sooner but I would have to pay $55 for my bang trim with another stylist. I normally pay $20 for my bang trims. Cortello is overpriced for no reason. Go somewhere else where you can get just as good a service for an appropriate price. There is nothing special about this place.
