I had an excellent experience here. The owner was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the entire process and pricing for a battery replacement before starting any work. He was very upfront and transparent, even explaining how the front screen could potentially crack during the repair and that it would need to be replaced if that happened. I really appreciated how honest and thorough he was in explaining everything before starting the job. The repair was done smoothly, and everything turned out great. He was incredibly nice, professional, and his prices were the best compared to another phone repair shop nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, high-quality phone repair.
Just recently took my phone to get a new screen put on, (Galaxy s20) & thankfully they had one, O.E.M and were charging the lowest price compared to other cell phone repair places I called. The other places offered O.E.M screens for almost double, and a generic which was the same price as what I paid for my O.E.M screen at CPR, but they said the generic wasn't high quality. Eric had it done quick, was very helpful and courteous as well as a charger port cleaning that resolved all the issues I'd previously been having with my phone not charging. Great people would definitely recommend and use again for any electronic issues. Thanks!
I took one of my employee’s phones to CPR Cell Phone Repair South Austin due to a screen issue. Initially, Assurant recommended a full replacement, but that would have meant losing over seven months of important data that hadn’t been backed up. Don was incredibly friendly, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They ran into a few technical snags along the way, but Don worked through them directly with Apple Support and didn’t give up. In the end, everything was repaired and all data was successfully saved. Huge relief and a great experience overall. Highly recommend if you care about both your device and the data on it.
I showed up with my phone in horrible shape. The back had come off due to sun exposure, the charging port wasn't working, and there was a problem with the SIM card. I was helped by a man named Don, who told me what, was most likely the problem, and that it would be about an hour to repair. Well, the repair was a simple fix, and took very little time, and I was out of there with my phone in working order, for a great price. I highly recommend CPR for all of your phone repair needs!
I took my A71 5G that had a cracked body to them. They here upfront about the potential issues and associated costs. Turns out the phone is damaged beyond repair😭. I loved that phone. They were very helpful, they returned the phone and kidnt even charge me for the attempted repairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! YOU DON'T FIND PEOPLE LIKE THIS VERY OFTEN.
