Jeremy is awesome he has great customer service skills. This is the second time in 2025 that I have used them I broke my screen back in March of 2025 they fixed it within a couple of hours and I was super pleased with the service and works that he did. I was so impressed that that I went out of my way to go back to them for the second time. Jeremy the guy that is running the store currently after the store had been shut down for a few months has great customer service skills and has communicated with me every step of the way about what is going on with my phone in the progress that is going on unfortunately the battery that was going to be replaced got delayed because of a car accident that the carrier had gotten into but he informed me right away and has been very helpful. These guys are amazing this is the second time in 2025 that I've used them to replace my screen on my pixel 6a. Jeremy who's running the store currently is amazing he offered to replace my battery as well even though I didn't really need it but it's kind of getting hot he offered to charge the insurance company so that way I didn't have to pay for it or a second copay. He's been up front and very attentive very easy to talk to I have confidence in his ability to fix highly recommend! The first guy who fixed my screen back in March of 2025 did an amazing job not his fault that it broke the second time that was my fault for dropping off the balcony so I was so pleased with the first time I went back. Unfortunately the first guy is not there but the guy who has replaced him has great customer service skills and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately there was a delay on the shipment of the battery he called me right away to let me know what was going on. If I could give 10 stars for this place I would!!!!!
Je suis allé chez CPR parce que mon téléphone s'est fait écraser par *au moins* une voiture dans une rue animée de Denver (voir l'écran démoli, couvert par un protecteur d'écran démoli). J'ai envoyé un e-mail un dimanche soir et on m'a répondu avant 10 h du matin lundi. Tech Buster a rapidement remplacé mon écran. J'ai récupéré mon téléphone et l'ai ramené peu après lorsque j'ai réalisé que ma caméra ne fonctionnait pas. Miguel a aidé à comprendre que la caméra était pliée et l'a remplacée rapidement ! C'était comme neuf — pour moins de la moitié du prix d'un nouveau téléphone !! Merci, CPR !
