I had a CPR course tonight with Michael, and it was an excellent experience. He was highly professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable. Niki was friendly, approachable, and very clear in her teaching. The lessons were simple and easy to follow, the exam was straightforward, and there was hands-on practice using CPR dummies. The class took under 3 hours. The website mentions same-day certification, but since I took the evening class at 6:30 pm, the instructor explained that we would receive our American Heart Association BLS eCard the following day. I just completed the class and am currently waiting for it. If you need to renew your CPR quickly before it expires, I would definitely recommend this place. Same-day booking is available, the process is smooth, and the price of $59.99 is very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone taking a CPR class for the first time or renewing.
Niki was an informative and concise instructor. She was always willing to answer questions, even my annoying ones because I’m just a curious and inquisitive person. All around an enjoyable experience, and I’d recommend taking the course.
