I was recently involved in a hit and run accident resulting in major damage to my front bumper extending through the hood of my car. After seeing the reviews for Craftsman Collision, I chose them for the repairs and am so glad I did. James surveyed the damage to my car and gave me an estimate the next day. Angie gave me a daily update of how the repairs were going, which I appreciated because it helped me to know how long I would need to keep my rental car. My car was ready two days before the projected date, which thrilled me. When I picked it up, they had detailed it and it looked as beautiful as the day I purchased it. Thank you Angie and James for making my difficult situation much easier!!!
My second time working with this shop for repairs via insurance. The repair job is first class, the car looks like it just came off the lot again. Super simple to get everything underway and they worked seamlessly with my insurance to set up all the details and put me into a rental for the duration of the repairs. They even helped me return the rental back to enterprise so I didn’t have to go running around and I could just get back into my car asap. Highly recommended.
Great experience working with Craftsman Collision. My car had some small damage but enough to need it to be fixed and saw the reviews and chose Craftsman, and was not disappointed. All the staff were friendly, estimate was fair, and the work was perfect. My car was gone for approx. 11 days and they worked with enterprise to get me a rental through insurance and coordinated pick up and drop off for me. 100% recommend using them for any damages to your car, will return if anything else happens to my car.
My car was recently in a hit and run accident. I decided to go with craftsman collision to complete my auto body repairs. I’m extremely happy with the outcome of my repair! My car looks brand new. Clay was extremely helpful and made sure to give me updates through the process! I also really appreciate the link to check status on my car and on top of that my car was ready so fast! I had an amazing experience with Craftsman Collision. They repaired the body damage on my car after an accident, and while it was in the shop they even helped me with additional AC repairs—giving me a great deal for everything. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was so impressed with the staff. They were transparent, helpful, and took care of everything I needed. I’m extremely happy with the results and my car looks/runs even better than before. Will definitely be coming back for any future needs. Highly recommend!
