Excellent service!! Took a CD Changer in to Craig's that had not been fixed after two tries by another service. They quoted me a week and had it ready the next day! It has been working without a hitch now for a few months. (After the other guy tried to fix it, it started skipping right away and actually scratched some of my CDs. I will be taking by equipment to Craig's from now on.
Outstanding service. We had two bose sound wave radios and a 900 Bose sound bar repaired by Craig’s. Items worked perfectly after the repair. Highly recommend using Craig TV service.
They've done great work in the past but this time I think they just got tired of me bringing in too much stuff. For context, I had taken a couple laserdisc players in for service. They needed minor repairs and I was given a discount. I then took a couple more units in for service and that's when the trouble started. Almost all of the following units I brought it They kept saying needed lasers which are no longer available. Ok I understand that but do they all really need lasers. One unit I had to bring back cause it was acting up and after 2 months of testing they said it needed a laser. The unit would spin up the disk, it would display the table of contents on the display but then it would eject the disk un-commanded. It would take multiple tries to get it to play then it either play one side all the way or eject the disk halfway through. The audio also started sounding funny towards the end of the disks. If the laser is bad why does it spin up and read but then eject? To the untrained person it seams like a power issue like there is not enough power to sustain the laser. I ended up bring probably 8 units total(not at once but in batches of 2) and out of the 8 only 3 could be fixed. 1 just needed a new display but that part was discontinued. I understand if parts are discontinued but again did they all really need lasers. You said one of the units had bad caps that damaged the board and took out the laser. Can you not replace the caps or repair bad traces? Help me understand. The one tech on duty each time I went(not the owner but the other guy) I could tell was getting tired of me bringing in the units towards the end by his demeaner and treatment towards me. Did the units really need lasers or was he tired of fixing them and just wanted me gone? I go to this location cause it's close to work and supports my work hours.
Very professional and quick repairs. Loui, the service technician was able to set up a repair for Samsung TV and was very helpful and careful with safely transporting the device and making sure it is all good to go when transporting back to our building. Amazing service and communication from this company throughout the entire process.
Samsung warranty repair of a 9 month old 77" QN77S90DAFXZA that apparently was manufactured with a power board that fails early. The original warranty work was assigned to a provider that had poor ratings so I had them reprocess the claim, and I was glad to work with Craig's. Dawn was easy to work with for scheduling and Louie was fast and professional with the board replacement.
