Crescent Moon Karate, située à Los Angeles, Californie, est une école d’arts martiaux de premier plan dédiée à nourrir la croissance des enfants grâce au karaté. We were a very happy Crescent Moon Family for almost two years, until we had to move from LA. In that time, we saw how our kid blossomed from being a shy 4yo to a more social boy more sure of himself. In this process, it was incredibly important the patience and teachings of both Kyoshi and Sensei Z. They rock!!!
The Little Ninjas program is a fantastic and fun introduction to karate for young kids. In just a few months, our child has grown noticeably in both confidence and skill. Kyoshi and team create a supportive, high-energy environment that keeps kids engaged while helping them progress.
We joined Crescent Moon Karate 6 months ago when my son just turned 4. Our son is very active and like any 4 year old, we struggled a bit with focus and discipline. We were debating between swimming or martial arts - we shopped around for a while and we came across Crescent Moon Karate on google. We were mainly looking for a fun environment where our son could develop new skills and make new friends. From the initial call to onboarding and up until now, CMK has been amazing and it has been one of the best investment we have made for our son. Pricing wise, it was not in the middle, not overly expensive, nor cheap. Based on the value it creates, we feel like the membership is priced well. Head instructor Kyoshi has a natural gift in teaching little humans and in instilling strong foundation for the mind, body and spirit in the most fun way. The curriculum is built upon 3 pillars - focus, discipline and respect, which we love. There is a strong focus on community and continual development that spans over years and we are very glad that we happen to be nearby the dojo. If you have an active child with special needs and you are just not sure on what activity to choose, book a free introductory class with the dojo and you will not regret. :)
