Recently back from the Sydney Xmas tour. The tour was excellent however the IBIS hotel (ideally located) accommodation was I thought below standard with small rooms and aged internal furnishings. Steve and Belinda were great.
There was a problem with our original accommodation.Unit 1. The bed was terrible -almost bare inner spring so we upgraded ourselves at a cost of $980. I didn't complain as I figured what is the cost of being able to sleep. t\The new suite bed was better but still only 7/10. After a few days we noticed truck with a new mattress coming onto the Resort!
A very well organised and enjoyable tour in a comfortable coach with 2 well informed friendly tour guides who had their guests in their best interest.
On behalf of my friend Heather and myself, I 'd like to say a big thankyou to Steve and Belinda for making our recent trip to the Southern Highlands and Floriade so enjoyable. The bus was always cleaned and sanitized at the end of each day and was such a pleasure to step aboard each morning. Our morning tea stops were always a surprise as well as all the wonderful places we visited each day. The group checkin for our flight home from Canberra went so smoothly. Belinda was always so well organized throughout the trip. Regards Julie and Heather.
Recently returned from the Tasmania Trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. I was surprised by how much we fitted into the tour. Evan and Melita were wonderful hosts. I appreciated the local knowledge and glad that we were able to attend the "Ship That Never Was" play at Strahan as an extra experience. All in all, a fabulous experience for me. Met some wonderful people. I will definitely be travelling with Cross Country Tours again. Thankyou.
