Came in and got signed up with Hope! The gym was clean and the staff was so helpful to answer any questions and show me around the gym! Can’t wait to workout here regularly and see the results!
I joined Crunch in November 2025 and started going to the University location. I tried to give it a chance but I honestly have nothing good to say about it. It is always crowded no matter what time you go. Staff is not very friendly and always too busy talking amongst themselves. The trash cans are always full and overflowing. There has been multiple times where they are out of sanitizing wipes for 1+ days at a time. The women’s bathroom only has 4 total stalls and 2 of them have been out of order for the past couple months!! By the looks of it, it doesn’t look like they vacuum very often either. There’s always hair all over the bathroom floor and grassy turfs as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM AT ALL !
I like this gym but the staff needs to be more aware of what is going on. The same treadmills have been down since last week, if you aren’t going to have urgency to get them fixed at least have urgency and courtesy to let the members know they are out of order. I literally called and asked them to put signs up because it’s annoying to keep breaking my focus to tell people they are out of order, I could let them look dumb but gym etiquette right?
I got this membership a few months back. I've been to the gym a few times, however doesn't matter what time you go its ALWAYS CROWDED. Constantly waiting on machines. just a waste of time. I travel for work & haven't used my membership since the month i got it. I was transferred to a remote area for work & i called to cancel my membership. I was told I had to pay $250 & wait 2 months to cancel a membership I havent used since the first month i got it. After explaining my situation the staff was very rude. Overall not worth the membership especially when you're constantly waiting on machines. These google reviews are fake. Go to yelp for more honest reviews.
If you’re looking for a gym, do not come here. This place is a scam. They lure you in with a $1 sign-up. I specifically asked if this was a contract, and the agent told me “no.” That was a lie. In reality, it is a contract but they never disclosed that, even after I asked directly because I did not want to be locked into one. I was told that if I didn’t want to continue after the first month, I could cancel by reaching out. When I did, I was told I had to stay in the membership for 90 days before canceling. The agent even admitted, “How would they make money if people only pay $1 for the first month?” That’s not my problem I didn’t make the deal, and if they wanted more money, they should have charged more upfront. I never received a contract at sign-up. Nothing was emailed or provided. After the $1 month, I was charged fees I wasn’t told about. Then, after changing my card, they continued charging my old card (causing bank fees) and also charged my new card. Now I’m stuck with bank fees, return fees, membership charges, and enrollment fees that were never explained. This is a bait-and-switch company. Do not sign up with this gym. You’re better off buying equipment on Amazon , at least it will work. The equipment here is lackluster, often unavailable, and the gym is only for aesthetics. Staff and managers are incompetent. Please beware. Do not sign up.
