I bought a package for five sessions. My first service the practitioner was very sweet, which is the reason I bought further sessions. However, I came and was turned away because the practitioner was unavailable, which made me regret buying a package. I will use my remaining sessions, but I will probably not do further services here. They should have enough people to service sessions that have already been sold. You should not be turned away because someone is not available. They should have a second or third person that does the same type of service. I run a small business if I ran that business, this way, we will go out of business.
I came to Cryo Marina del Rey after trying so many things for my knee pain and inflammation, and nothing really worked until this. After doing cryo consistently for a week, I noticed a huge difference in my pain and how my body felt overall. Now, I come 5–7 days a week and honestly, I’ve never felt better.I’ve been coming here for about a month and wish I started sooner! I’ve tried Whole Body Cryo, Cryofacials, and NAD+ shots. Every time I try something new, I end up sticking with it because my body reacts so well to these treatments. Their prices are super reasonable, and the packages make it affordable especially if you’re like me and need regular sessions to manage pain. Also, the girls at the front desk are amazing and make the whole experience really easy and comfortable. I came in with a swollen injury my first day and was honestly nervous to try it, but the hardest part is just showing up the first time. After that, you’ll be hooked!
I visited Cryohealthcare in Marina del Rey with friends out of curiosity and decided to try a cryofacial while they went in the whole body chamber. As someone who has rarely done anything like this, the staff made me feel at ease and welcome. The air was very cold, but not uncomfortable. She began with my scalp and then moved in sweeping motions across my face. I could feel my skin tightening in response to the cold, especially around my eyes. It was both relaxing and invigorating. The results were noticeable!
I have been a patron of Marina Del Rey Cryo Health Care Center for a number of years and must say this facility is really second to none. I have on occasion tried other facilities in town and out of town and I'm always disappointed compared to my experiences at this center and with these employees. I have been meaning to write for some time now to compliment the staff. They are just SO nice and SO helpful and I always feel very safe!!
Great place for health and wellness. The staff are extremely friendly and manager Cheri Lyn is very knowledgeable and makes one feel like they are family. I walked in out of curiosity and have since become a member and introduced many others to this place who are now hooked as well.
