After our Lexus was hit while parked in front of our house, Lexus downtown recommended CSN Avenue Collision. Even though our insurance tried to push us toward their own affiliated shops, we stuck with Avenue Collision and I am so glad we did. Laslo was great to work with and provided peace of mind by ensuring they only use OEM parts. We honestly thought the car might have been a right off, but when we got it back, it looked brand new. I highly recommend Avenue Collision for their quality and integrity.
This collision center is excellent. The office is welcoming and immaculate, and the staff is excellent. This is the best car service experience I have ever had in my 25 years of car ownership. They are truly a cut above. Shout out to Walid and Hassan for taking excellent care of me and my car.They gave me a fast, reasonable quote. Fit me in and kept in communication with me to keep setting my expectations. Wonderful group there, can’t recommend them enough!
I brought my car to CSN Avenue after a hit-and-run accident, and they did an amazing job with the repairs. Hassan was great to work with. There were a few issues with ordering parts, but he went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly between the insurance company and myself. Excellent service overall. I 100% recommend them.
Very smooth transition. They arrange someone pick up my car anywhere as my convenience. Keep me up to date of the repairs. When the repair completed , inform me and drop off my vehicle within short period of time. Make my life much easier. I never thought the repair will be that nice and smooth and convenient.
