After admiring Cullen Jewellery from afar for years, my husband and I decided they were the perfect choice for our first wedding anniversary upgrade. This decision led to one of the most exceptional customer experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, I was supported by the wonderful Sabrina Sinigaglia. Despite me being in Saudi Arabia and her in Australia, the distance was never a barrier. She accommodated two virtual calls with incredible warmth, patience, and professionalism. Sabrina was absolutely helpful, incredibly responsive, and beyond sweet and kind throughout the entire journey. She truly made my experience with Cullen 100 times better and more memorable. I had always dreamed of an oval diamond ring between 2.5 to 3 carats. After months of hunting and searching for the perfect one on their website to build my dream ring, I finally found the one to go through with making my ring a reality. Their work from A to Z is sophisticated, their attention to detail is impeccable, and their entire process radiates professionalism. After finally receiving my ring, I am over the moon with joy and so in love with my ring. It exceeded all expectations, and I hope to wear it forever. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart first and foremost to Sabrina for being such a gem throughout the entire experience and to the entire Cullen Jewellery team, for making this milestone so special. Amazing experience! The website is great, really intuitive and has great presentation. But besides the diamonds you can choose for your jewellery, the real gem this store has is represented by their team. I was fortunate enough to be not just assisted, but gently guided and advised by Mrs. Rose towards choosing the perfect engagement ring. She carefully listened to me via the calls we had and promptly answered and covered everything I needed to know, even told me extras, just to help me make an informed decision. And she did all that while being on an 8 hour time zone difference. I couldn't have asked for a better advisor.
We had such a wonderful experience with Sailor at Cullen Jewellery! She was very nice, accommodating, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
